Some Info for Stall Holders

Booking & Paying
- Booking for the last Saturday of each month starts at 10am on the first Saturday of each month. - Pitches must be paid for in advance, we accept payment over the phone or in person.
- Fee is £25 for 6’x8’ pitch. £5 charge for table or rail. Your fee includes VAT at 20%
- Fees are non refundable or transferable.
- We need your name and address (for market license purposes) and a contact phone number. We may use your number for automated messages.
- Due to high demand for pitches no stall holders will be permitted to book every market or more than two pitches per market.

Second Hand Market
- No new goods (including newly-crafted and handmade), no food, no services.
- No goods deemed by the organisers to be inappropriate/ suspect or 'non traditional' flea
Market Day Rules & Information for Stallholders
- Doors open for set up at 8:30 am. Please do not arrive/ unload before 7:45am
- No double parking both sides of the road. Unload on Drill Hall side only to avoid blocking other traffic.
- Pitches are 6’ x 8’ and are chalked out on the floor. Please keep all goods inside the lines and do not block walkways. Specific pitches are not reserved or allocated.  
- Latecomers: at 9:45 unclaimed pitches will be given away, if you are late please let us know to avoid disappointment
- The Market opens to the public at 10 am and ends at 3 pm. No packing up before 3pm.
- Do not leave unsold stock behind.
- No-shows - if you fail to claim your pitch without good reason please do not try to book pitches at future markets. If you can’t make it call us.
